Lake City Area Schools is accepting applications to fill an opening on the Board of Education.
The term of the position would be from December 2022 until January 1, 2024. The position
must then be placed on the Annual Election Ballot in the regular November election 2023 (6-

additional information may be included with the letter of interest so that the full Board may
consider all relevant information for this appointment.
All applications must be received by 4:30 PM on Wednesday, November 16, 2022. The Board
will review all applications and interview candidates during a special meeting scheduled for
Monday, November 21, 2022 prior to appointing a person to this vacancy at the
Wednesday, December 7, 2022 Board Workshop meeting.
